 Prof. Krishna Kumar Pandey is Professor of Vedang Jyotish in the Department of Vedang Jyotish having huge teaching experience of 25 years. Prof Pandey is Dean of Faculty of ancient Indian sciences and Humanities and also Director for Extention Activities of University. Prof Pandey has Published 10 books and more than 25 research articles. He has guided 10 PhD and 11 Mphil students. He has Master Degrees in all three Skandhas of Jyotisha (Siddhanta, Samhita &Hora) with Gold Medals. His area of Specialisation is Ganita Jyotisha and Khagola Shastra. He is honoured with Jyotish Ratna by Triskanha Jyotish Abhyas Mandal, Maharashtra and with Samaj Bhushan by International Bahman Samaj.
