Prof. Dr. Kavita Holey is the Head of The Department of Sanskrit Language & Literature. She is serving the institute for last 20 years. Her area of Specialization is Sanskrit Literature & Saint Literature. She has authored 08 books as Single author, 10 books as joint author and edited 50 Books. More than 32 research articles are on her credit. Prof. Kavita Hoely has completed five research projects and 2 projects are ongoing. She was felicitated with best research paper award in International conference held at Singapore. At present she is Campus Director of Ramtek Campus, Kavi Kulguru Kalidas Sanskrit University. She is designated as IQAC & NAAC Coordinator of the university.

Dr. Parag Joshi is working as an Assistant Professor in department since 2010. He pursued his higher education from RSVP Tirupati and obtained Ph.D degree from KKSU under the guidance of Prof. Nanda Puri. His area of Specialization is Classical & Modern Sanskrit Literature, Poetics and Indian Psychology.

He has authored 7 books, one DVD and more than 45 research articles are on his credit. He has completed 1 major research project and 3 projects are ongoing.

He was honored with 'Yuvaratna' puraskar and ‘Prajanabharati Yuavakavi Puraskar’. He was also felicitated by Delhi Sanskrit Academy, Sahitya Vihar, Nagpur for his Sanskrit poems.

Dr. Rakesh Raushan is working as an Assistant Professor in department since 2022-23. His area of specialization is Sanskrit Literature & Manuscriptology. He has published one Chapter in Edited Book and 12 research articles. He was honoured "?????????? ????????????????" Award\92 by Panchamritam Dham, Pokhara, Nainital, Uttrakhand. He pursued Both Traditional & Modern Master Degrees in Sanskrit Literature. He bagged One gold Medal in Higher Studies. He is having 4 years of teaching experience.

Dr. Mrudula atul tapas working as assistant professor in the department of Sanskrit language and literature from 2018. She has M.A, M.phil and Ph.D. degree from Kavikulguru Kalidas Sanskrit University, Ramtek. She has published five research articles and three books. Her area of expertise is Sanskrit natya and one act plays.

Radha Deshkar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sanskrit Language and Literature. Her area of specialization is Sanskrit literature and poetics. She completed her BA from Nagpur University and her MA (Acharya) from Kavikulguru Kalidas Sanskrit University. She has published two research papers and is currently pursuing a PhD in Sanskrit literature.

Mrs. Suwarna Sanjay Kumar Kewate is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Sanskrit Language & Literature since 2023 - 24. Her area of specialization is Sanskrit Literature, Sanskrit Dramas & Short Stories. She persued her higher education from KKSU, Ramtek and persuing Ph. D. KKSU under the guidance of Prof. Kavita S. Holey. She has published one book as joint author. She has published 15 research articles and attended various conference, symposium, workshop and seminar. She teaches Sanskrit Literature. She bagged 2 Gold Medals in her studies. She has having 6 years teaching experience and 5 years research experience.
